Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to permanently delete your Lettora account and all associated data.

This action is permanent

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data including baby profiles, logs, milestones, photos, and any other information associated with your account. This cannot be undone.

Delete via the app

Recommended — instant deletion

  1. 1Open the Lettora app on your device.
  2. 2Navigate to the "Profile" page from the bottom navigation bar.
  3. 3Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
  4. 4Confirm your decision when prompted.
  5. 5Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your Lettora account to either of the following:

support@mudlittle.comhello@lettora.com

Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We'll process your request within 30 days.

Milestone photos and notes
AI-generated insights and schedules

All other app data
